RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must:

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet these conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
EXCHANGES & PROCESSING TIME
Once the returned item has been received:

Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt.

If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you within 10 business days.

Shipping of the replacement item is handled by us.
No refund will be issued in the case of an exchange, unless required by applicable law.
REFUNDS
If your return meets all eligibility requirements:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale.
