Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return, exchange, or refund request.


RETURN & REFUND TIMEFRAME

Return, exchange, or refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

 


REQUEST PROCESS (MANDATORY)

All return, exchange, or refund requests must be made by email prior to sending any product back at:

Your email must include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return, exchange, or refund

  • The product(s) concerned

Any item returned without prior approval may be refused.

 


RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in their original condition and packaging

  • Have all original tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet these conditions.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

 


EXCHANGES & PROCESSING TIME

Once the returned item has been received:

  • Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt.

  • If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you within 10 business days.

  • Shipping of the replacement item is handled by us.

No refund will be issued in the case of an exchange, unless required by applicable law.

 


REFUNDS

If your return meets all eligibility requirements:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale.

They are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they are defective or incorrect.

 


8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at lingerie.mena@gmail.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Your requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, or we reserve the right to not issue any replacement or refund. 

 


9. STATUTORY RIGHTS

This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
