care advices
- Wash your Mena underwear as soon as you purchase it to activate the hemp fibres
- After use, rince with cold water until the water becomes clear
- Hand or machine wash at 30 degrees (do not use soap that could damage the hemp, including bleach, fabric softener, and black soap).
- Air-dry, do not use tumble drier, dryer, radiator, or full sun exposure to preserve the absorbant capacities
Every 6 months (or whenever your panties absorb less well), we recommend you to detox your Mena underwear :
- Put your panties in 5L of very hot water + 2 table spoons for baking soda
- Soak for a few hours or overnight
- Repeat the same normal washing process outlined above
The underwear’s lifespan is around 3 to 5 years depending on use and maintenance.
